BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE

I'm Vancouver's Worst Landlord

I'M A CRIMINAL 

The Warrant  was Issued June 20,2016
For my Arrest
Robert A Peterman
File Number 1552768

 This tenant kick in the intercom just before they moved out

Tenants Louise McCallum and Richard Newband

Richard Newband Threaten me and Wrecked the Intercom

Costing thousands of Dollars

Because I kept their Security Deposit

I'M NOW A CRIMINAL

They went to the Residential Tenancy Branch
Because they file first 90% of the time they will win
The Landlord will always lose 90% of the time
File no 820675

Because I kept their Security Deposit
And I did not file against them first
This makes me a Criminal

The Residential Tenancy Branch
Is set up to protect the Tenants

It's a total waste of time and money
For the Landlord to appeal a case


Plus a Judge
Will not change another Judges ruling for a Landlord



Even when the Landlord wins

The Tenant has a right to appeal so The Judge will always tell the Tenant how to appeal their case on the phone 


The Tenants will always appeal it's their right

The Tenant will drag their case on for years

This case is close to 3 years
It's one appeal after another

Plus they can get Free Legal Help

Even when the Landlord Wins his case in Court
The Landlord Loses big time 

This is one of the Biggest Reason why people will not Rent out their Homes


Their are Thousands of Empty Homes just in Vancouver
Their are so many in Canada we can not count them

I had 6 tenants write letters telling what they seen them do
And one Letter from a Tenant about Richard Newband Threating me 

The Residential Tenancy Judge would not look at the letters or even listen to me

The Truth is in 20 years
I've never had a Judge read my letters
The Judge will some times listen to you

 When he did not want to hear me or read the letters

I did something really stupid I got mad

Never tell the Judge

 Did you learn to do this in jail?

You are 100% guilty

You pay double $430 went up to $ 860

For a Landlord  their is no appeal

Residential Judge will not Change another Judges Ruling

The Landlord can not go to the Supreme Court


The Residential Tenancy Judge
Has more power than the Supreme Court

They have overruled the Supreme Court on me before

You have a choice you can Pay

Or spent the rest of your life like me going to court


And never Rent again

It's 100% impossible for me to win this case
Even if I had 100 Lawyers


May 16,2016 it's been over two years and 7 judge

Not one judge will listen to my evidence
Or
look at my evidence

I try every time I go to court

 The first thing I say to the judge

Your Honor I'm one thousand percent guilty of this

Richard Newband Threating me and I ripped up his check

The Owner wants me to put these people in jail so
The Owner will not give me another check

So I guess I have to go to jail your Honor

I say this every time I go to court

The Judge gets super mad when I try to tell them the truth in court

Not one judge will listen to you

All the Judge want to hear is how you will pay $968.36 to
Louise McCallum and Richard Newband 

I was trying to have these people Arrested
I even went to  Crime Stoppers
File number w 407-18493

Because they were Tenants
It's impossible to have them arrested  

The true is
Tenants can burn down your Home
Like what happen two blocks away

It's impossible to have them arrested  
You still have to pay back their Security Deposit

There’s always another court case

In Canada

Small Claims Court
Do not have the power to make you pay


It's a Job Creation Program

A one hour Court Case takes years
It just goes on and on forever it will never finish

June 20,2016 another court case another judge

This judge wants a list of all the tenants
She wants to know if they pay by check or cash
So they can garnishee the cash rents

I filed a Claim in Provincial Court against the two of them for
$7,004.00
Registry file number 1553848

The Provincial Small Claims Court has no jurisdiction to deal with this case

Only the Residential Tenancy Branch
Has exclusive jurisdiction dealing with this matter

I would lose this case 100% if I went back to Residential Court

The Residential Judge will not Change another Judges Ruling

The Residential Court has no Power to make them Pay

The Small Claims Court has no Power to make them Pay


Their is no other Court in Canada where a Landlord can go

In 40 years I never had a Tenant pay for damage

It's just part of doing business in Vancouver


I will not be in Jail this Christmas
But I will be in jail for my birthday

The police said this is
Canada these people have more rights than you do

Bob you have rights too, you have the right to PAY

If you do not pay these people you can go to jail

I have a order following an appearance on a warrant
Court case July 25,2016 at 2:00 PM.

I had a 2 o'clock court case
Due to the Claimant's non-appearance
The application is adjourned
Now I wait for another Court case

BECAUSE I WILL NEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE

We start all over again

This is a brand new case

I now have to pay the Court    

$968.36

The real truth is

June 22 was my birthday

I'm 70 years old

BECAUSE I WILL NEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE

I'm Vancouver's Worst Landlord

I'm now a Criminal

I'm now a Job Creation Program

I could be going to Court
Every 30 to 60 days until I die


And I have Two Warrants

They all say that Vancouver is a No Fun City

They never been a Landlord in Vancouver


This is how things really work in Vancouver

Just think what it would cost for Lawyers to fight this
And It's impossible to win

This is why


No one wants to rent in Canada


I live in Marpole the Lowest Rents in Vancouver

And Rents are going threw the roof here
In one year rents went from $860 to $1,550

Next year
We will be just like the rest of Vancouver
Only the very Rich can Buy or Rent here
